We may provide ballpark estimates for the overall construction costs based on the design and permit documents. These estimates can help the client understand the expected costs of the project and make informed decisions regarding budgeting and financing. We may expand upon what items in the budget are most discretionary, and therefore most flexible to suit the project’s priorities.
Throughout the permitting process, Novell keeps you updated and informed about the progress, status, and any changes related to the permit documents with scheduled meeting milestones.
