When needed, we coordinate with subconsultants and direct work from a design perspective onsite where discrepancies, questions, or challenges arise.

Our designers review the shop drawings of fabricators for compliance to the design intent and site conditions. This may include structural steel, trusses, TJIs, cabinetry, countertops, stains and other specialty work. We also review and endorse samples of custom products to you, as required.
Our designers visit site at key milestones to review for compliance, including foundation forms, framing, roughins, and finishing.
