This home on Angus Drive is a landmark heritage building in the Shaughnessy neighbourhood of Vancouver.
We focused on appropriate design detailing to suit the era of the home while incorporating modern comforts and features. The original structure of the home was maintained and restored.
Its luxury appliances include a bespoke La Cornue gas range stove. The black and stainless-steel detailing immediately sets the tone in this grand room. It is equipped with one gas-electric oven, as well as the largest heating drawer available on the market.
Custom white millwork cabinets are paired with black hardware and a black marble countertop. The cream coloured, custom backsplash offers warmth, depth and interest, without overpowering the walls.
The white custom panelled walls accent the expansive interior space. The feature moulding and custom trims are inspired by the original character of the home.
Black windows, trim and detailing offer depth.
