This Vancouver-based tenant improvement was designed and built to support Cloud Pharmacy’s rapid growth while reflecting a modern, brand-aligned corporate identity. The project integrates DIRTT™ prefab wall, glass, and finishing systems—detailed like millwork—to achieve a high-end, modular environment adaptable to future expansion.

Complex programming needs were navigated in real time as the company scaled alongside design and construction. Permitting challenges were resolved through close coordination with the City, securing approval for a phased construction approach that minimized operational downtime during a critical period of growth.

The completed space features integrated LED lighting, advanced audiovisual and teleconferencing systems, and cloud-tethered technologies, resulting in a flexible, future-ready workplace tailored to Cloud Pharmacy’s evolving needs.
