Novell Design Build is proud to announce it has been named a finalist in four categories for the 17th annual HAVAN Awards for Housing Excellence. The Homebuilders Association Vancouver (HAVAN) revealed the finalists on March 12, 2026, in Vancouver.

• Best New Small-Scale Home: Novell West Vancouver Coach House

• Best Custom Home ($1.5 Million – Under $2 Million): Novell Cambie Village Modern

• Best New Custom Kitchen ($175,000 and Over): Novell Cambie Village Modern Kitchen

• Best Outdoor Living Space (New or Renovated Home Under $400,000): Novell On the Inlet

These nominations highlight our versatility in delivering everything from modern custom builds to functional, high-end outdoor spaces and specialized coach houses. "The projects recognized this year demonstrate the extraordinary range of talent within Metro Vancouver's homebuilding industry," said HAVAN CEO Wendy McNeil. The HAVAN Awards are a premier industry program where finalists are selected by a peer-reviewed panel of award-winning builders and designers from across Canada.
